Warmind Cell buildings are still extremely powerful in terms of high level PvE content and this is a must for any player. I would be honestly surprised if Bungie continues to introduce new Warmind Cell modes either in the artifact or as real modes, given that they were ready to delete the entire concept from the game just a few weeks ago.
