Back 4 pre-order blood bonuses and season pass announced

Back 4 blood is the new spiritual successor to Valve’s beloved cooperative shooter Left 4 Dead and while its closed alpha phase is sweating this weekend, developer Turtle Rock Studios is already giving fans a look at what’s in store next summer when the game launches. In particular, some players will be able to get their hands on the title a little earlier and will receive a few extra goodies if they place an order in advance.

Detailed on the official Back 4 blood the website, the first pre-order bonuses and the various editions of the game that will be sold have been announced. In total, there are three different iterations of the title: Ultimate Edition, Digital Deluxe and Standard Edition. The former two versions will allow players access Back 4 blood four days before the official release date, the Ultimate Edition specifically containing a handful of different skins in the game. In the meantime, anyone pre-ordering any of these versions will win a weapon skin pack for use.

The other big mention with Back 4 blood is that Turtle Rock Studios has confirmed that it will include a seasonal subscription. This pass, called the Annual Pass, will allow players to access new missions, playable characters and other unlockables once the game is released. Those who buy the Ultimate Edition or Digital Deluxe version mentioned above Back 4 blood You will also receive this annual subscription. Based on the name of the subscription, it will apparently be the first of many games to appear after launch.
