A new Low-cost airline announced the start of operations at the airport in Hollywood Burbank, in the San Fernando Valley. Their rates for single flights start at $ 19.
According to Avelo Airlines, this is about the first commercial airline to launch in the United States in 15 years. The beginning of Avelo, founded by Andrew Levy with an initial capital of 125 million dollars, coincides with the economic reopening.

Avelo said that this month will fly from Burbank to 11 small airport destinations in the western states, including Santa Rosa and Redding, California. The cost of selecting seats starts at $ 5 and a bottle of water and a snack will be provided free of charge on trips.

Last year, almost 70% of flights at Burbank Airport were operated by Southwest.
