He is Harol Orlando Saldaña Natareno, who was at the disposal of the nation’s Office of the Attorney General.

Saldaña is identified as supposedly responsible of shipping tons of narcotics to that North American country.

The foreigner was arrested on December 30, in accordance with the prosecution’s extradition warrant.

According to information from the authorities, Saldaña Natareno is said to be part of a drug trafficking network that supplied cocaine hydrochloride to the Mexican cartels.

Apparently, much of the cargo left Colombia and was transferred to Guatemala and Mexico, from where their entry and distribution in the United States was coordinated.

For these facts, the Southern District of California is being sued by the court for crimes
related to conspiracy to commit a crime and drug trafficking.

The Attorney General’s office notified the U.S. Embassy of the arrest so that the extradition request could be formalized within the legal deadlines.
