Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s early River Raid update drops tomorrow on PS5 and PS4, Ubisoft confirmed (it’s clear Feb. 16, to be clear). Officially called Update Update 1.1.2, the patch will include the new River Raid activity, as well as a number of new unlocking skills, general game improvements and bug fixes. It’s a pretty big download on Sony systems, weighing in at 11 GB on PS5 and 10 GB on PS4.

YULE SEASON: RAID RAID GAME MODE

I added in-game support for River Raids.

  • Prepare your Jomsviking crew for this new high-performance mode that will take you to the unexplored regions of England, which is full of raid opportunities. New prey, rewards and challenges await the Raven Clan!
  • The Raids River mode is part of the content of the Yule season. It is free for all Assassin’s Creed® Valhalla players and is accessible in the game after downloading Title Update 1.1.2.

NEW SKILLS

  • Berserker Trap:It attaches a trap to your arrow, spreading hallucinatory powder. Any movement nearby causes the trap to start. Surprise passers-by with no idea!
  • The battle cry:In a fit of rage, Eivor screams for blood to clot, gaining strength and causing nearby enemies to stumble back in fear, interrupting his attacks.
  • Shoulder Bash:Eivor takes a shoulder shot that pushes back the enemies and destroys objects.

NEW SKILLS

  • Assassin Carry:Automatically wear a body after a successful assassination.
  • Assassin Slide:Slide into enemies and balance them as you sprint.
  • Power:Trigger an increase in speed on the long ship with the price of resistance.
  • Arrow Looter:Eivor is more likely to steal arrows from archers.
  • Fight ready:Always start a fight with a slot full of adrenaline.
  • Long shipowner:When you command the long ship, the crew will raise their shield with you.

GAME IMPROVEMENTS

  • Runes and resources used to upgrade Berserker equipment will be returned to the player’s inventory when an item is lost.
  • Improved vibration feedback while fishing. Fishing goes BRRRR.
  • Fixed an issue that caused players to leave disguise mode if players made an attack during the journey.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented players from catching fish in the sea or on the coast.
  • Fixed an issue that made the school of fish take a long time to respawn after one was caught.
  • Items purchased from the Animus Store will only be offered to players after returning to England from Vinland.
  • Predator loading attack animations have been changed to give players a little more time to react.
  • We solved a problem that hindered the availability of textiles. Everyone liked that.
  • Date of purchase added to the items listed in the owned section of the store.

BALANCE

  • The diamond rune slots in the gear parts other than the torsos were removed. The runes that have been entered into them will be returned to the players’ inventory.

GRAPHICS, AUDIO AND ANIMATION

  • Various graphics or lighting issues have been resolved.
  • Various texture issues have been resolved.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the VFX to fail when the oil jars explode. The oil jars will now go BOOM.
  • (PS4 ™ / PS5 ™) Muspell Warg support will now burn with Hel’s shots!
  • The blood of your enemies will now soil all your clothes.
  • Various animation or character issues have been resolved.
  • I solved various cutting problems.
  • We fixed an issue that prevented the visual effects of the Draugr set from being displayed.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the arrows to disappear from the quiver after the bow was re-equipped from the inventory.

QUESTIONS, WORLD EVENTS AND SIDE ACTIVITIES

  • We solved a problem in Storming the Walls, preventing players from completing the mission. Gunnar decided to join the festivities on the First Night of Samhain, allowing players to complete the mission. Party time!
  • Fixed an issue that allowed the NPC to be killed in the world event The Good Men of Sherwood. Oo-de-lally, oo-de-lally, golly, what a day.
  • The Jomsviking equipment will now display its quality properly on the customization page.
  • We’ve fixed an issue that could cause Jomsviking to change menu shapes and sizes when recruited.
  • Randvi is ready to hear the news after the completion of the Sciropescire Arc, allowing the alliance to be completed.
  • We solved an issue that prevented players from interacting with Tove after they finished Wearing the Torch.
  • We solved a problem that caused some dice to be reused when both players used God’s favor by giving 3 extra dice. Nothing in the sleeve.
  • We resolved an issue with the Fishmonger meeting that prevented the mission from being marked complete after confirmation of the killing.
  • Players will no longer be gray if they escape before fighting the Bard in The Devil has all the best songs.
  • Players who upload a rescue created after hitting clues and riddles will now be able to complete the goal.
  • We solved an extended family problem that kept the boss from causing damage during underground attacks.
  • We solved a problem in the extended family that made the boss get stuck near the walls, stay underground or not engage in combat at all.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented the final order member from being revealed. No more Revealio!
  • We fixed an issue in Binding Fate that prevented players from completing the boss meeting, as the boss may get stuck underground.
  • We solved an issue in Binding Fate that prevented players from completing the mission after talking to Tyr.
  • We solved a problem in War Weary that prevented players from completing the mission after defeating all outside NPCs.
  • We solved a problem that caused all members of the Order to be killed after a fanatic was killed. This may just be the wildest problem ever seen.
  • We solved an issue in The Big Finish that prevented players from completing the mission when the hideout was visited before the mission began.
  • I tackled a Blood problem from a stone that kept players from moving a bunch of loads.
  • We addressed an issue in The Prodigal Prince that kept the target stuck if Eivor assassinated the first training mannequin before reaching the checkpoint.
  • We addressed an issue that prevented players from interacting with Gotafrid Fair-Robes after a fight if players threw them into the river. Yeeeeeet!
  • Fixed an issue in The Twit Saga Part I, where the house would sometimes not catch fire preventing players from completing the world event.
  • I addressed an issue in Degolas the Beautiful that caused the child to grow in size. RESIST.
  • I approached a problem in Degolas the Beautiful that prevented Degolas from leaving the water.
  • We fixed an issue that prevented players from interacting with settlement NPCs.
  • We fixed an issue in Crushed Dreams that prevented players from completing the world event because their wife is in a dead state. Mission name checks.
  • I solved a problem that made the world map unavailable after talking to Ceolwulf.

GAME GAME, COMBAT AND YOU

  • We solved several NPC behavior issues.
  • The media will take into account Eivor’s call from the Wheel of Rapid Action.
  • We solved an issue that caused the NPC to die before they were hit. Summon an emergency meeting.
  • An issue was resolved that caused Eivor to stand up after being idle for some time. Eivor and points.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the appearance of decorative elements in miniature form.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed players to obtain the Nodens Bow using save / load actions. It had to be done.

AUDIO

  • (PS4 ™) Fixed an issue that caused crackling sounds.

  • After meeting Cola, their corresponding icon will be displayed on the Order tab.
  • We fixed an issue that caused purchased Reda contracts to appear in the Cent Search Log section.
  • We solved an issue that kept contracts from being considered for Viking for Hire progress.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented players from interacting with any items in the Reda store when Focused Navigation is enabled.
  • Players will be able to change targets with the mouse wheel using M and K.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the stick entry to lock after activating the Swap Sticks option during Cairns.
  • We solved an issue that caused the Mount Mount prompt to appear every time the whistle is used to attract enemies.
  • I solved a problem by pressing the D-Pad button, which caused the Daily Concept Art to remain.
  • We solved a problem that led to the display of several daily conceptual arts on the world map.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the mouse cursor from being displayed when switching back to M&K after the controller was used as the sole source.

  • We fixed an issue that caused “corrupt data” errors after entering the save menu.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the ingot that was looted from the destroyer (Hamptun blockade) from being considered for wealth completion.
  • I solved a problem that kept the Fly Agar mysteries from being highlighted with the corresponding mysterious icon.

SYSTEM

  • We fixed an issue that caused online service errors to be displayed when creating or hovering over photos.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the game to remain locked during loading after entering the save / load menu.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the MSI voice command function to stop working after saving / loading.

PERFORMANCE AND STABILITY

  • Improved performance and stability.
