Assassin’s Creed Valhalla removes the content after a game update that causes side effects

assassin’s Creed Valhalla Update 1.2 was released this week on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC and Google Stage, adding a game feature long in the process along with lots of new content, including free DLC that brings players back to the first game. That being said, although it has been the biggest update to the game in a while, it also turns out to be quite problematic. Since the launch, mass players have reported major errors and even blockages. As a result, some of the newly added content was removed from the game in a quick fix.

Over Twitter, the official assassin’s Creed The account has revealed that a quick fix on the server has been pushed to resolve issues happening in and around Ravensthorpe. In an attempt to achieve this, Ubisoft has removed the set decorations, and the missions of the Ostara Festival involving decorations will no longer be completed.

“We are implementing a quick fix on the server to fix an increase in the crash near Ravensthorpe,” the post reads. “Settlement decorations will be temporarily removed and Ostara Festival searches involving decorations will not be completed.”

At the time of publication, it is not entirely clear whether this quick fix fixed all the problems that were collapsing. And it’s also unclear when this content will be added back to the game. What is clear is that players are starting to lose patience.
