actor Armie Hammer, well known for “Call Me By Your Name” (2017), was one of the protagonists of social networks this week for some of his alleged and controversial messages with extreme sexual content and because he left the box he was going to headline shortly some time later with Jennifer Lopez.

The strange soap opera about Hammer began last weekend when the actor’s alleged private messages appeared anonymously on networks in which he detailed some of his sexual fantasies, which in some cases were very disturbing.
“I have to drink your blood” or “I’m one hundred percent cannibal” these are some of the messages Hammer is supposed to have written. The actor’s name has been a worldwide trend for days and, a few days later, it is still today.
The controversy over Hammer continued on Wednesday, when he announced that he will not finally be in “Shotgun Wedding”, the comedy in which he will share the lead with Jennifer Lopez.
“Shotgun Wedding” will tell the story of Darcy and Tom, a couple who face their impending marriage with many doubts and their families who help a little to relax the situation. To complicate matters, the wedding ceases to be a party when all the guests are kidnapped.
After Hammer leaves this film, those responsible for the film will look for a new performer to continue the project. However, the actor took advantage of the announcement about “Shotgun Wedding” to defend that the controversial messages were not his.
“I’m not answering these damn lies, but in light of the vicious and false internet attacks against me, I can’t leave my children with a good conscience for four months to make a movie in the Dominican Republic.” told Variety magazine to try to close a controversy that is still very much alive in the networks.
