ARK buys Coinbase shares worth $ 110 million, adding to the positions

ARK funds from star stockmaker Cathie Woods bought several shares of Coinbase (COIN.O) worth $ 110 million a day after the Nasdaq debut of cryptocurrency exchanges, according to the company’s daily trading summary on Thursday.

ARK, which gained prominence among retail investors last year, on Thursday bought a total of 341,186 shares in three funds, valued at $ 110 million at Thursday’s close of $ 322.75.

That added to 749,205 bought on Wednesday’s alert, or $ 245.9 million at Wednesday’s close of $ 328.28.

The funds added were its flagship fund ARK Innovation Ark Innovation ETF (ARKK.P), its next generation ETF (ARKW.P) and Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF.P).
