Japanese video game developer and publisher Arika has announced that it will be released Fighting EX Layer: Another Dash on the Nintendo Switch in 2021.
The original version of this title was first released on PlayStation 4 in 2018 and has since been ported to several other devices. It is considered to be a spiritual continuation of The battle layer (1998) as well Street Fighter EX series (1996).
Arika says Another Dash will be “different” from the existing Fighting EX Layer release. The characters have been adjusted, the movements revised and new combat systems put into operation. It also includes various network codes.
Here is an explanation, by Gematsu’s kindness:
“Fighting EX Layer: Another Dash uses the net interrupt code back based on the net delay code. Because the entry delay is disguised as variable frames for multiple frames, in case of extreme delays, the character’s position can be corrected. At some point after the release, Arika hopes to replace the net code with the net code “Best of both games”, which is currently being tested and is based on the net return code. “
More information about Fighting EX Layer: Another Dash for Nintendo Switch will be released on April 1.
