Animal Crossing wins two BAFTA awards – Best “Beyond Entertainment” and Best Multiplayer Title

The Bafta Game Awards 2021 have just taken place, which celebrates the best games of last year and the talent behind them.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons it ended up winning two awards at night – the best “game beyond entertainment” and the best “multiplayer” title. Some of his competitions in these categories included The Last of Us Part II, dreams, All the boys, The ghost of Tsushima and Sackboy: A great adventure.

Hades was the star of the show, winning a total of five awards at night – including artistic achievements, best play, game design and storytelling. Hade’s performer Logan Cunningham won his first BAFTA for Best Supporting Actor.

Although the independent hit won five games, The last of us part II won the 2020 Game of the Year award. In particular, it was the only award voted by the public. You can watch a full recap of the show below:
