Nintendo’s next free update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons has now been released. As detailed above, the event includes Festivals, new reactions, new clothing and seasonal items.
Here is the complete summary and, when the patch notes are live, we will share them in the same post.
- Event Festivals – Feel the warmth with the colorful event Festivals full of dancing and flying feathers! On February 15, dancer Pavé will arrive in the square of your island to introduce some confetti and carnival spirit. On the day of the event you can catch colorful feathers floating on your island with the net and you can change them at Pavé to receive in return a passionate number of dancing. Rainbow feathers seem to be a particularly rare sight, so be sure to catch them and swap them with Pavé. Invite friends to your island or visit theirs to attend the festivities together.
- New reactions – If you want to express your enthusiasm for Festivals, you will now have a range of new reactions to choose from. The Viva Festival reaction set can be purchased with Nook’s Cranny on the shelf bells for a limited time and includes Feelin ‘It, Let’s Go, Viva and Confetti.
- New clothes – Starting February 1, Festive clothing will be available at the Able Sisters store for a limited time. Now you can enhance your Festivals style with these trendy looks!
- Seasonal objects – Make sure you take care of seasonal items at Nook Stop in Resident Services and through Nook Shopping. Celebrate the sentimental season with chocolate hearts and heart-shaped bouquets, which will be available for purchase from February 1 to February 14. Other articles related to Groundhog Day and Big Game Celebration will also be available for certain periods in January and February!
