In a message to unionists, the chairman of the Association of Professional Flight Attendants said union leadership was aware of incidents on multiple flights to DC.
“As security professionals, we are well trained in dealing with disruptions on board, but we should never be faced with politically motivated verbal or physical disagreements on board,” the report said.
It instructed flight attendants to “maintain situational awareness and try to address all safety and security issues on the ground”.
