Puerto Rican boxer Amanda “Real Deal” Serrano on Thursday night won a solid victory on the fast track in the ninth round over Argentine Daniela Bermúdez to defend two of her crowns and add a third during the stellar event presented by Ring City USA at the Plaza of the Fifth Centenary of Old San Juan.
Serrano reached Bermúdez with a solid left hook from the liver to end the fight at 1:33 of the round.
The Puerto Rican defended his featherweight crowns from the World Boxing Council (WBC) and the World Boxing Organization (WBO) and also won the title of International Boxing Organization (IBO).
In fact, Serrano improved his record to 40-1-1 and 30 KOs and established himself as one of the best pounds for pounds in boxing. Carolina has won a total of seven titles in various divisions.
