Jennifer Lopez sang at Joe Biden’s inauguration, and her fiancé – former MLB All-Star Alex Rodriguez – accompanied her over time.
Rodriguez documented his day on Instagram, which began with a video of his Capitol chair and a selfie wearing a suit that matched his former team’s uniform.
“Pins for life,” the former Yankee wrote.
Then he posted a photo of himself and J-Lo on the steps of the Chapter, entitled “2021”, with hearts and an emoji with an American flag.
A-Rod was caught by the cameras several times during the inauguration, and social networks had fun emphasizing the strangeness of seeing him on stage on such an occasion.
“At least once a year, I start a national event and a fruit will somehow be there, for some reason, fulfilling the destiny of a baseball forest.” wrote Joon Lee of ESPN.
