Actions that make the biggest moves after ringing: ViacomCBS, QuantumScape and more

Check out the companies that make headlines after the bell on Monday:

ViacomCBS – Shares of the media giant fell 4.3% after the company announced it would sell $ 2 billion worth of Class B shares and $ 1 billion of preferred Series A shares. ViacomCBS has stated that it intends to use some of the proceeds to invest in its streaming services.

QuantumScape – Lithium battery company shares fell nearly 4% after a Securities and Exchange Commission record showed QuantumScape will sell up to 13 million shares of Class A common stock.

Western Midstream Partners – Western Midstream shares fell 2.8% after the energy company announced that an affiliate of Occidental Petroleum shareholder will sell 8 million shares in common shares. BofA Securities will subscribe to the offer.

Raven Industries – The shares of the agricultural technology company fell by 8.6% in the volume of light, after Raven Industries reported weaker fiscal results than expected in the fourth quarter. Raven posted earnings of 1 cent on revenue of $ 80.1 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet predicted earnings per share of 13 cents on revenue of $ 91.8 million.
