Abinader declares a day of mourning for the death of widow Carmen Quidiello Bosch this Monday

The widow of former President Juan Bosch, despite being Cuban, has permanently supported the cultural development of the country, according to the considerations of the document.

In addition, she adds that, as Juan Bosch’s wife and partner, she has taken up her ideas and fought for democracy and the development of the Dominican people; as well as she accompanied him as first lady while Bosch was president of the Republic.

Quidiello de Bosch died at home yesterday morning, at the age of 105, leaving a legacy in Dominican society for his work in favor of the country’s social causes.
