Love-Robinson, 23, was booked Thursday morning at Palm Beach County Jail in South Florida on charges of theft and fraud, prison records show.

According to an affidavit from the Delray Beach Police Department, Love-Robinson, a contracted worker for a freight forwarder, is accused of theft from his employer in early 2020 by diverting payments from the company to his personal accounts, causing a total loss. from $ 10,129.81.
According to the affidavit, Love-Robinson’s employer showed police screenshots of text conversations in which Love-Robinson allegedly stated that he “f *** ed himself” and that he “did everything. [he] can to make up for it. ”
“I don’t want to go to jail,” said another text message, according to the affidavit. Love-Robinson later told his employer that he refunded the money, but the employer told police that money had never been received, the affidavit said.
According to prison records, Love-Robinson was released from Palm Beach County jail Thursday night on bail.
Love-Robinson first came into contact with the Florida Department of Health in October 2015, which filed a cease-fire notice accusing him of practicing drugs without a license, a department spokesman told CNN.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit, along with the Florida Department of Health, performed an operation that involved an undercover agent visiting Love-Robinson’s office. Love-Robinson physically examined the officer and gave medical advice, according to the sheriff’s office, culminating in his arrest.
At the time of his arrest, he was 18 years old, but his profile on a medical assessment website listed his age as 25. The website said the information was ultimately provided by Love-Robinson, his office, or on his behalf.
Love-Robinson denied the claims at the time, stating that he never portrayed himself as a doctor, but rather as a Ph.D.
