The prediction that Samsung will launch a new Galaxy tablet with the taste of Lite does not make you Nostradamus: the company is the only one (apart from Amazon) that consistently records hits with the Android tablet hardware. We saw aspects of the Galaxy S7 Lite earlier this year, but Onleaks, a prolific leaker, came back with images and a full 360-degree rendering of the future device.
Previous leaks have indicated that the S7 Lite will be on the larger side, with a 12.4-inch screen that matches the size of the one on the S7 + Tab. The new images and videos indicate that this is the case, the display seems to have an aspect ratio of about 16:10, as Samsung favored until late. Onleaks’ 360-degree video shows the familiar POGO pins and accessory pins at the bottom of the case.
An improvement over last year’s model is apparently a dual rear camera system, which matches the 13MP / 5MP setting of the main Tab S7, but omits the dedicated LED flash module. It seems that Samsung is committed to keeping its tablets as thin as possible, because the S6 Lite chassis would be only 6.34 millimeters thick. The frame looks visibly thinner than last year’s model.

There is no word on internal specifications or a price, but Onleaks says the tablet will be announced in June. The Tab S6 Lite has a retail price of $ 350, but with the larger screen for this generation, there could be a price increase. I also saw several leaks of a smaller and more compact Galaxy Tab A7.
