The Superliga could have immediate consequences for European separatist clubs, after the Danish FA president and UEFA ExCo member Jesper Moller suggested that European Super League clubs could be started.
The semifinalists Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester City put their name in the controversial plans.
Meanwhile, PSG appear to be leading the resistance, with President Nasser Al-Khelaifi voting in favor of UEFA reforms on Monday – although he has refused calls to become president of the European Clubs Association.

“The clubs have to go and I expect that to happen on Friday,” Moller said, as reported by Reuters and others.
He continued: “There must be only one extraordinary meeting of the executive committee on Friday. I expect the 12 clubs to be kicked out.
“And now you have to see how to finish the Champions League.”
Moller’s comments follow those of UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin earlier: “We will take all the sanctions we can and inform you as soon as we can. My view is that all our competitions should be banned as soon as possible and players from all our competitions. “
If an expulsion occurs on Friday, Manchester United and Arsenal will also be relegated from the Europa League – leaving Roma and Villarreal as semi-finalists.
