Kelly Osbourne revealed that she relapsed after being sober for almost four years.
The 36-year-old media personality told fans on Monday on Instagram Stories that she is not “proud” of her actions and is already working to “get back on track.”
“It’s a little hard to talk about it, but I’ve always promised you that I’ll always be honest with you about where I am and what’s going on on my way to recovery,” Osbourne said. “I’ve relapsed. I’m not proud of that. But I’m on the right track again.”
As of Monday, the former host of the “Fashion Police” said that she is sober again and will be “sober tomorrow”.

“But I found out it was really one day in a row,” Osbourne continued. “I just want to tell you the truth because I never want to lie to you. Thank you so much for your support and love.”

Osbourne became sober in 2017. She previously said she was addicted to drugs and alcohol to help resolve her depression.
In 2019, she celebrated two sober years. “I woke up this morning feeling overwhelmed with gratitude. I can’t even say in words how much my life has changed in the last 2 years,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “For the friends and family who supported me on this journey, thank you, I love you so much. If you are new to sobriety, respect it, life really gets good.”

“Things have really gotten dark,” Osbourne said. “I gave up everything in my life, but most of all I gave up on myself. Living in the conditions of life became too big for me. The only way I knew how to function was to self-medicate and go from project to project. so I never had to focus on what was really going on with me. He had to offer something … and he did. “
“I have [spent] last year really working on my mind body and soul! I had to step out of the public eye away from work and give myself a chance to heal and figure out who … I’m really without a camera in front of me, “she added.
