Tankman, the Newgrounds mascot, also has a couple of kids who are holding the Girlfriend hostage with a gun. It’s up to Boyfriend to save him the only way he can: the power of music!

Week 7 includes several new songs. The leader of Tankmen takes the Beloved with three new songs: “Ugh”, “Guns” and “Stress”. Includes voice actors provided by Johnny Utah.
Funkin ‘Friday Night, originally a presentation for a Ludum Dare, has exploded in popularity since its launch in October 2020. Thousands of ways, tributes and, yes, memes, have flooded the internet. More seem to appear every day on YouTube, TikTok and subreddit.
With a gameplay similar to Dance Dance Revolution and Parappa Rapper, Funkin ‘Friday Night it is easy to lift, but difficult to control. With several different difficulty levels to select from, players engage in musical duels. Most of the time, they copy the opponent’s movements, but in the following weeks the Boyfriend starts to add his own flair while harmonizing with them.
