There is nothing like finding rare prey during an Apex Legends match, and now players have discovered that there is a way to greatly increase your chances of getting purple objects from MVRN robots.
MVRNs were, like many things in Apex, first featured in Titanfall games. Pathfinder has always been the representative of the droids in Respawn’s Battle Royale, but more robots appear on Olympus.
Starting with season 7, they started appearing around the map, offering his arms and giving players the chance at different levels of prey through a slot machine mechanic. Now, players have discovered that it is possible to increase your chances of getting the right things.

MVRN offers a chance at a rare prey, if you can find them.
According to Reddit’s Hotstickynsweet, if you press the button to rob MVRN when the screen on his chest is white, “you’ll turn purple every time.”
It’s not as simple as this, there’s also a bit of syncing, because you have to press the button as soon as it turns white, otherwise you risk getting things you don’t really need.
Some players will claim that it is not white, but blue when you should interact with MVRN. In any case, continue with whatever works if it preys on you, but if you constantly receive white or blue drops, trying to start on white might be worth a shot.
It could be reduced to the refresh rate of the monitor or to the simple human reaction time, but in any case there is certainly a model that can be learned and mastered to massively increase your chances of purple objects.
If you activate MRVN even when you see white, you will turn purple every time from apexuniversity
The fact that you do not say this will ensure you gains, but being able to grab prey at a high level increases your chances of going through the first circles, at least.
As I mentioned, the MVRNs have been in Apex (not counting Pathfinder) since season 7 and premier Olympus. Season 9 is approaching though and it remains unknown if the cute darlings will still be around then, so make sure you use them as much as you can.
