Treyarch restored the Cold War Call of Duty: Black Ops accounts that were incorrectly banned because he cheated on zombies after a community outcry.
Last week, Eurogamer reported on how Call of Duty: Black Ops players in the Cold War were terrified of being banned from playing zombies in high rounds, following a series of high-level ban reports from those who- they declared their innocence.

The Zombies community has released a disconnect message called “Sail 630 nuclear bug”, which appeared on the PC version of Treyarch’s shooter.
Players reported receiving this error message, which forces them to return to the main menu after reaching a fairly high round in Zombies (between 40 and 70, reports show).
Some players reported receiving this “Sail 630 nuclear bug” message, along with being banned from the game via Battle.net – the exclusive home of Black Ops Cold War on PC. This happened to some profile players, which fueled the fear of playing zombies in high rounds among the community.
Zombies speedrunner TheOfficialKHF was a profile player who received the dreaded “Sail 630 nuclear bug” logout message for an hour and a half in a race, then found a message on Battle.net to say they were banned.
Now, it seems that this issue of the ban has finally been resolved, with false bans lifted and a statement issued by the head of Treyarch’s community.
“We have an update to share,” Treyarch community chief FoxhoundFPS said in a post on Call of Duty Zombies:
“Recent account applications have been reviewed and, as appropriate, the accounts that are believed to work in good faith have been re-established. Accounts that included additional signals for operations will retain their application.
“As always, we encourage everyone to enjoy Zombies on PC in terms of service delivery.”
Players reacted positively to the news, but some also pointed out that this latest statement means the statement issued a week ago by Treyarch (“all offenses are subject to a thorough review by the security team before execution”) did not aged well.
FoxhoundFPS responded to a redditor who asked about the previous statement in the context of the last update.
“We’ve always provided the latest information available at the time of posting,” FoxhoundFPS said. “According to the data available to us, the accounts that have retained their application are being verified for violating Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Security and Enforcement Policy. The accounts that are believed to work in good faith have been reinstated. “
FoxhoundFPS stressed that “deception / modification / hacking will not be tolerated.”
“If you receive a ban, it is for unauthorized manipulation of game data. Don’t fall in love with unscrupulous services that offer tricks or changes; they are fraudulent.
“Avoid tutorials and services that offer ways to change your camouflage. Anything that suggests changing the memory on your console or computer to purchase new equipment, items, or loads beyond what is offered in the game is a hack and is considered deceptive. We will apply accordingly, which may lead to their ban. “
