Former President Donald Trump has released a statement dismissing the Biden administration for supporting the anti-vaccine movement, which he called “disturbed pseudo-science.”
Trump has expressed anger over the decision to discontinue the Johnson & Johnson vaccine due to concerns about the side effects of six cases of people who experience blood clotting after vaccination.
“The federal break for filming J&J makes no sense. Why is the Biden White House letting risk-averse bureaucrats run the show?” Trump asked in statement Friday night.

The Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention stopped distributing the Johnson & Johnson vaccine on Tuesday out of an abundance of precautions. A few days after the distribution was discontinued, surveys showed that confidence in the Johnson & Johnson vaccine had dropped from 52% to 37%.
The pharmaceutical company responded in a statement warning people not to jump to conclusions about their vaccine.
