Twitter fell for many users on Friday, with thousands reporting problems viewing and sending tweets on the social networking site.
An error message on twitter.com said: “Something went wrong. Please try again. “In the Twitter application, an error message said” Tweets are not loading now “.
The Twitter support team said in a message posted at 17:51 PT, “Some of you may not be uploading tweets. We are working to fix a problem and you will return to the timeline soon. ”

According to the DownDetector.com tracking site, user reports of problems on Twitter increased just before 5:00 p.m. More than 50,000 people have reported problems since 5:03 p.m., according to DownDetector, to more than 81,000 by 5:14 p.m.
Twitter profiles were still accessible in the app (as were the fleets). While the posts stored in the app were visible, users could not appreciate, retweet, or comment on them.
Twitter representatives did not immediately respond to a request for additional information.
In October 2020, Twitter encountered technical issues – which lasted more than two hours – that prevented users from posting on Twitter. The company blamed the problems for an “involuntary change of our systems”. This disruption has affected user access in the US, Europe and other parts of the world.
