Vaccination schedules available for eligible residents of Alameda County – NBC Bay Area

Schedules for the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination are available to residents of Alameda County aged 16 and over and to those working in the county in areas considered at high risk of exposure.

Eligible sectors of work are carers, including cleaning agents, in any industry; public transport workers, including airport and commercial airlines; emergency service workers; food and agriculture workers, including restaurants, grocery stores, shops; and child education and care workers.

Those who qualify can register for an appointment at the Berkeley Public Health Mass Vaccination Site at 1 Buchanan St. from Albany. Once an appointment is scheduled, an email will be sent confirming the date and time. Appointments will be verified with identification on the site. Registrars will not be asked about immigration status. Healing staff will help schedule a second dose of programming in the post-vaccination detention area after vaccination.
