The PLD political committee meets to hear the reports of the commissions

The Political Committee of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) meets on Sunday to hear the reports of the commissions appointed by that body to implement the resolutions of the past Ordinary Congress José Joaquín Bidó Medina.

The activity takes place in the Welcome Sandoval room of the National House of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), behind closed doors for members of the press who will receive explanations about the decisions taken after the meeting.

Among the reports presented are the organizational dynamics to be followed both in the national territory and in the foreign sections, the proposals for Regulations and Instructions, which come from the statutory mandate and the resolutions of the Congress, as well as the profile for the different secretariats. or bodies function, among other things.

The meeting was attended by 42 of the 45 members of the political committee of that party, with the presence of the president of the party organization and the former president of the Republic, Danilo Media; the general secretary of the party, Charles Mariotti and a board of directors consisting of Margarita Cedeño, Temístocles Mostás and Gonzalo Castillo.
