Julito Kilo is accused by the Public Ministry and the National Directorate of Drug Control (DNCD) of several crimes and assassins related to the drug business.

According to those revealed by prosecutor Idalia Jiménez, the Public Ministry has 47 pieces of evidence against the defendants, which will be presented in the trial.

De los Santos Bautista was captured last Saturday by members of the National Directorate for Drug Control in an operation that said they were using high-tech equipment.
