New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick released a statement on Friday regarding the team’s activity in the free agency market.
“We are delighted with the additions to our roster so far this year,” head coach Bill Belichick said. “Whether through trade, free agency or re-signatures, the group brings a good mix of offense, defense and special teams. It was great to see them in the building, including a few familiar faces, and we are all looking forward to continuing to build next season. ”
New England announced the signing of WR Nelson Agholor, DL Henry Anderson and Deatrich Wise, WR Kendrick Bourne, DB Cody Davis and Jalen Mills, TE Hunter Henry, LB Matt Judon, OL Ted Karras and LB Kyle Van Noy.
The team is expected to announce its other pending transactions, which include TE Jonnu Smith, DT Davon Godchaux, DE Montravius Adams, LB Raekwon McMillan, DB Justin Bethel, C David Andrews, K Nick Folk and QB Cam Newton.
