Chris Hemsworth’s wife, Elsa Pataky, reveals the secret of their 10-year successful marriage
Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky celebrated 10 years of marriage in December.
And three months after their birthday, Elsa shared the secret of their long and happy relationship.
The 44-year-old Spanish actress told Sunday Life that patience, communication and understanding are essential for a successful marriage.

“You have to put a lot of work into marriage; I don’t think every couple is perfect, “she said.
“It takes patience, understanding, a lot of conversation, getting to know the other person, getting to know yourself and what you’re doing wrong. It’s about not letting someone’s pride get in the way.”
Elsa also explained that it is important to spend time together as a couple without children.

She said: “We make an effort to do things together without children. We make time for ourselves as a couple.
Chris and Elsa met in early 2010 and were soon married in December of that year.
They welcomed their daughter India Rose in 2012 and their twin sons, Tristan and Sasha, later in 2014.

The family of five now lives in Byron Bay, on the north coast of New South Wales, after moving from Los Angeles.
In December, Chris shared an emotional tribute to his wife as they celebrated 10 years of marriage.

Elsa also shared a post on Instagram to celebrate the couple’s extraordinary occasion.
The Fast and Furious star wrote: “Going through ten years of photos was almost as much fun as the real thing!”
