3 women arrested in connection with the attack on Popeyes restaurant

LANTANA, Fla. – The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has arrested three of the four women believed to have been involved in an attack and robbery at a Popeyes restaurant in Lantana, authorities said on Friday.

Brianna Toombs, 19, Chloe Arieigha Hernandez, 21, and Joanna Ceidi, 19, all of West Palm Beach, were arrested on charges of armed robbery and burglary. battery.

According to deputies, the women were on board a Popeyes in the 7000 block of Seacrest Boulevard on Tuesday afternoon, when they had a verbal argument with the cashier.

Deputies said the suspects spat and attacked the drive-through employee.

Two of the women got out of the car and attacked two other employees inside the restaurant, authorities said.

Authorities said all four women then returned to the car and left.
