Ashley Tisdale is the latest celebrity to open up about the more painful aspects of pregnancy, recently sharing that pregnancy-induced plantar fasciitis has caused a level of pain she has never experienced before.
“The worst part so far during this pregnancy is my plantar fasciitis,” the 35-year-old “High School Musical” star wrote on Instagram Story Friday. “It simply came to my notice then. I have never felt such pain and I hope that once the child is here, he will leave ”.
She added: “I know there could be worse things, but for someone who is permanently standing it can be quite unbearable.”
Plantar fasciitis is a condition that causes inflammation of the tissue that passes through the bottom of the foot and connects the heel bone to the toes. It can cause a severe stabbing sensation when walking, especially after the first awakening or after you have been or have been for too long, according to Mayo Clinic.
After catching fans as the unborn nursery progressed, Tisdale began responding to followers who expressed concern about her health.
“It’s horrible,” she began. “It’s very painful – it just hurts to go anywhere, every day. It’s like your springs are starting to collapse due to the weight on my body. ”
She continued: “I think she weighs seven kilograms right now and I haven’t worn this before and I’m very small, I’m 5’3”, so yes, it was definitely painful. I really hope he finally disappears or when he’s out of mine. ”
“If you have any suggestions, please tell me, tell me what to do,” she added.
Tisdale confirmed that she is expecting her first child with her husband Christopher French in September last year.
