As with previous leaks, irAirPods 3 has an -AirPods Pro design, with a shorter stem and a more rounded body design, which is almost identical to AirPods Pro. The stem will still be a little longer than the AirPods Pro tul strain, but it is much shorter than the AirPods tul strain.

The irAirPods 3 case will have a similar design to the AirPods Pro case. It is wider than the standard ‘AirPods’ housing to fit the new body design and is not as tall as it no longer has to fit such long stems. It does not seem to fit in the top for silicone ear tips, which also suggests a design without tips.

While irAirPods 3 will look like AirPods Pro, rumors suggest that they will not have Pro level features. Active noise cancellation will remain limited to irAirPods Pro, and other features such as spatial audio may also be a premium feature.
