Starting March 15, Texans between the ages of 50 and 64 – who fall into the state’s Phase 1C category – will now be able to register for vaccination schedules.

According to the department, more than half of all seniors in Texas have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and 30% are now fully vaccinated.
People in Phase 1A and Phase 1B are currently eligible for the vaccine, as well as teachers and school and childcare staff.
