Famous American country music couple Faith Hill and Tim McGraw sell Los Angeles Island, Angels Island in its original English name, for $ 35 million, which includes an impressive mansion built years ago in a corner withdrawn from the Bahamas.
The information is published Monday in its online edition of the luxury magazine Robb Report, which recalls that when the famous musical couple of Faith Hill and Tim McGraw decided to find a piece of paradise on earth to relax in 2003, they found in the heart of the Exuma chain in the Atlantic archipelago of the Bahamas.
This small island was then an uninhabited and undeveloped piece of 20-acre rock, which years later was transformed into a unique place that hosts a spectacular mansion.

“The best place in the world”, the couple described the place in Architectural Digest in 2017, although things have changed today and the island and mansion are on the list of Knight Frank properties with properties for sale for 35 million dollars.
Real estate experts remember that although there are several islands in the Bahamas for sale, it is rare to have a product of this nature, a real five-star “resort” ready to live.
The main house of 6,500 square meters (1,800 square meters) is located in the center of the island, just a few steps from the sandy beaches on both sides.
From an architectural point of view, it includes eight separate pavilions, each of them being connected by a series of sandstone walkways.

The master suite opens to the outside on both sides and has a high ceiling with cross beams, plus a huge private patio with its own outdoor bathtub.
Despite the characteristics of the construction, its robustness is the proof of all the elements, as evidenced by the resistance to several hurricanes.
The island has a private dock that can accommodate several pleasure boats and jet engines.
As it must be completely self-sufficient, the northern tip of the island is dedicated to generators and water desalination plants.
Maintenance is provided by the staff who live on the island full time in three cabins, while the fuel and reserves reach the sea.
Anyone who buys this house will have as a neighbor the magician David Copperfield, the owner of Musha Key, for a short motor boat ride.
The island for sale can now be reached in a 90-minute flight from Miami to Exuma Airport or a 60-minute seaplane ride from Nassau, the capital of the Atlantic archipelago in the Bahamas.
