Looks like Wario was so strongly nerfed in the new Super Smash Bros. update. Ultimate, so you might have ended his top-level status and made him be on Twitter

Nintendo fans who didn’t play Super-Smash Bros. they were probably a little confused when they saw Wario climbing on top trends on Twitter and other social platforms on the last day, but those inside were struggling to figure out whether or not the noxious fighter had been wiped out of the game.

The update to version 11.0.0 for Smash Ultimate fell last night with the release of Pyra and Mythra, where opinions began to grow rapidly that Wario was probably revoked his higher level status due to the nerves with which he was hit in the patch.

While the master of the mini-game has managed to remain among the best characters in Smash Ultimate for most of the game’s life so far, wetting only two of his key options seems to have caused his book house to collapse due to flatulence. – but not everyone agrees there.

Combo Up Tilt in Wario Waft has won the character so many actions, games and sets in the last two years, but the iconic double is now just dust in the wind.

Wario’s big hands to the sky saw their active frames reduced from 11 frames to just 7, while both Wafts and his half saw 3 additional starting frames tilted to do so using a string together much stricter, if not impossible in cases.

These two / three changes were apparently enough for one of Wario’s best players to immediately leave the rider behind for greener pastures, although another believes the reaction could be a little out of proportion.

Former finalist EVO TSM | Tweek believes that Wario was the hardest hit in the new update and posted on Twitter that he has no reason to choose the character over Diddy Kong and Sephiroth.

Previously, he had the fighter always hungry at the bottom of the S level after Steve Minecraft was added to the game.

While Solary | Glutons he joked that he would give up Smash because he will never win again with Wario, the top French player said after testing him in the stream that he can actually stay in the top echelon.

“If Wario was like that from day one, I think he would be top notch,” Glutonny said in his first stream after the patch. “But now, when it has changed, it will take some time to get used to it.”

He acknowledges that the additional frameworks will make Wario much harder to use online, but the fact that the combinations / technological pursuits of air and neutral air are still there means that he continues to have strong options in his arsenal.

It will probably take weeks or months to really see how Wario goes as a Smash fighter now, but surely the internet was ready to see him hit with the nerve bat.

He may be celebrating too soon.
