The next photo shows hail in Daytona Beach covering the ground like snow.
FULL FORECAST
There will be scattered showers around Saturday morning, but the morning will not be a total loss. The widespread rain approaches lunchtime and lasts much of the Saturday afternoon.
Scattered downpours will continue into the early morning hours of Sunday.
High temperatures will not peak until Saturday morning in the mid-1960s, dropping into the low to mid-1960s for most of the afternoon. The lower 70s will still be possible in the early afternoon in the southern provinces of Osceola and Brevard, where the rain lasts the longest.

On Sunday the weather will improve significantly, but it will still be cool and windy. The sunshine will increase in the afternoon with maximum temperatures around 70 degrees. A gradual warm-up returns next week.
Improvements in the allergy situation are likely to be as this system moves in and out of Central Florida.
The pollen count will start to rise again early next week.
