TI rapper and his wife, Tiny Harris, have been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting several people, according to a lawyer who is now seeking criminal investigations into the allegations. The alleged incidents took place in several states between 2005 and 2018.
Attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn sent letters to attorneys general in California and Georgia asking him to investigate the claims of 10 women and a man who claimed the rapper, his wife and their associates were engaged in acts, including “forced drugs, kidnappings, rapes and intimidation. ”
“These women do not know each other and, without my leadership, report similar incidents of sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnappings, terrorist threats and false imprisonment,” Blackburn said in his letters.
A lawyer for the couple said that the couple, whose real names are Clifford and Tameka Harris, “deny in the strongest possible terms these unfounded and unjustified accusations”. Prosecutor Steve Sadow also called the claims a “shakedown” that began on social media.
“Blackburn has repeatedly refused to provide the names of its accusers or any corroborating or supporting evidence for its unfounded allegations,” Sadow said in a statement. “Harrises reiterates that they are confident that if a thorough and fair investigation is conducted, no charges will be brought.”

The letters describe several alleged drug and assault cases. In 2005, a woman in her twenties met the couple at a club in California, where she had her own drink and a sip of a drink Tiny offered her, according to Blackburn’s letter to the California Attorney General. She went to the rapper’s hotel room and became “dizzy and dizzy” and finally threw up, the letter said. She rejected his advances, but said she remembered “waking up naked on the couch with a towel thrown over her with a very painful vagina,” the letter said.
Three women accused the couple of drugging them in Atlanta, Georgia. One said she was working for the couple in the summer of 2006, when she was offered a drink and pills from Tiny, which made her sick, Blackburn’s letter said. Eventually, she threw up and woke up naked, believing her virginity had been taken, the lawyer wrote.
TI, a famous rapper from Atlanta, is known for his contributions to the early 2000s hip-hop. In 2010, the three-time Grammy Award winner married Tiny, who is known for her career as a composer in the 1990s.
The two have their own reality show on VH1, where the cameras document their great family life and celebrity. The deadline reported that MTV Entertainment, a division of ViacomCBS, halted filming for its fourth season to “gather more information” after the allegations began earlier this year.
Blackburn recalled the new allegations at a news conference Monday morning and said he had heard claims from more than 30 women. Most, he said, remained anonymous for fear of reprisals.
“One of the reasons I heard from all the women was that they didn’t think anyone would believe them,” Blackburn told reporters on Monday, adding that it’s easier to go out when there are other women who have stories that to stay with you “.
