Raleigh, NC – We have seen some very encouraging numbers COVID-19 in our state recently – and this is a trend that we all want to see further.
Vaccinations are a critical part of these positive values.
So, let’s get you to some of the weekend vaccine clinics that are happening today.
Nearly 1,500 people are expected to receive a vaccine on Saturday at the PNC Arena, at a self-scheduled clinic for appointment only.
This will be the second mass vaccination event at the PNC this week.
Thousands of people were shot dead on Wednesday, but Thursday’s event was canceled due to winter weather.
With today’s clinic, state leaders say more than 4,300 people will receive doses at the arena.
Indoor clinics on Saturday
Wake County residents also have a chance to get photos at two indoor clinics on Saturday.
More than 500 people are scheduled to receive the dose at the Wake County Public Health Center.
Another 700 people will get it at the Commons Wake County building.
Clinics are by appointment only.
