Pamela Anderson opened up to fans about her secret holiday wedding, as the former “Baywatch” star married bodyguard Dan Hayhurst on Christmas Eve.
In a new interview with the British talk show “Loose Women”, 53-year-old Anderson and her new husband are seen lying in bed together, revealing the details of their wedding.
“Pamela, to quote you, you said in the past, ‘In the arms of the man I love is exactly where I should be,'” began one of the hosts. “I didn’t think we’d actually see you in the arms of the man you love.”
“Oh, I didn’t get out of bed on Christmas Eve,” Pamela joked.
Anderson further revealed that he met Hayhurst on his own property.
“I think it’s like a magical place to live,” she said. “He was working here, and I was stuck here during COVID, and we stayed together and we’re still stuck together.
“I’ve just been home renovating in the last year and a half,” she explained. “It simply came to our notice then. We renovated all the cabins, we put a dock. It’s a beautiful piece of property. Both Dan and his children live here. ”
Speaking about the ceremony, Anderson shared that the event was a discreet affair, due in part to COVID-19 restrictions.
“Well, I think we’d rather be alone, but it would have been nice to have a family here,” she began. “But there were certainly no problems as someone who was not invited or was invited. I was just here. We had a beautiful and peaceful ceremony, and our witnesses were the people of the First Nations who came to bless us with cedar … to get rid of all our demons. ”
“I’m still working on it,” she said with a laugh.
When asked how they would spend their time removing pandemic restrictions, Hayhurst replied, “I don’t think we’re getting out of the deadlock. I think we will be closed forever. ”
Finally, the blonde bombshell was asked what made her new man so special.
“Well, he’s a good guy,” she replied. “He’s the kind of guy I’d probably meet if I stayed home and didn’t go around the world and go crazy. I mean, I came home in one piece. It’s nice to be with a real man who can actually change a light bulb. ”
