Conservative Britney Spears dominated the headlines this week after the release of the controversial New York Times Framing documentary Britney Spears.
The timing of the launch was fortuitous, as the case of the 39-year-old pop star’s longtime conservative returns to court on Thursday.
Spears fought for more autonomy in her life and tried to snatch her father Jamie Spears, who led the Conservative for more than a decade.

It’s her life: Britney Spears’ legal team is expected in a Los Angeles court on Thursday for a hearing about the star’s old conservatory just days after the release of the controversial documentary Framing Britney Spears.
Britney’s legal team will appear at a hearing on the conservatory case in a Los Angeles court, however, the star is not expected to attend.
Her list of expensive lawyers is trying to persuade a judge to permanently remove Jamie Spears as the only conservative who controls his career, finances and wealth.
The pop princess also worked to raise or weaken the entire conservatory.
In late summer 2020, Britney’s lawyers filed papers, saying she was “strongly opposed” to her father’s control of her assets and finances, according to TMZ.

Instead, the singer wanted, at that time, her temporary curator Jodi Montgomery to take over the permanent role.
Jamie was named his daughter’s curator in 2008, following his very public breakdown. However, last year he resigned due to ongoing health issues.
Britney’s conservative returned to the forefront after the release of the film Framing Britney Spears, which shed light on her infamous failure and the legal battle that followed to successfully and safely manage her career.

While singer The Toxic did not address the documentary directly, she used Twitter to apparently suggest that there is much more to her story than what Framing Britney Spears offered.
“Remember, no matter what we think we know about a person’s life, it’s nothing compared to the real person living behind the lens,” she posted.
A major motivation for the changes Britney is looking for in her legal status seems to be her desire to stop performing.

Back in the spotlight: Conservative Britney has returned to the forefront after the release of Framing Britney Spears, which shed light on her infamous failure and the legal battle that followed to successfully and safely manage her career.
In November, a pop lawyer told a court that Britney was afraid of her father and refused to sing again until he was removed from the Conservative position.
“My client informed me that she was afraid of her father,” Britney’s lawyer, Samuel D. Ingham, told a judge at the hearing to determine whether another conservative should be appointed. “She also said she will not sing as long as her father is in charge of her career.”
The Circus singer has not sung live since October 2018, when she finished the last legs of the Piece of Me tour after ending her residency in Las Vegas on December 31, 2017.
In another tweet this week, Spears appeared to address these reports, insisting in a way that while he loves to be on stage, he “makes time to learn and be normal” and ” enjoy the basics of everyday life ”.
