The Super Bowl break show is one of the biggest stages in the sport.
This year’s break show features Weeknd, a Canadian singer and songwriter.
Weeknd has won three Grammy Awards, five American Music Awards, nine Billboard Music Awards and two MTV Video Music Awards. He entered the music scene with his song “Can’t Feel My Face”.
The standard 15-minute break show stretches to almost 30 minutes for extravagant performance at the break. And with a football half that usually lasts about an hour and a half, it’s reasonable to expect the Weeknd show to start shortly after 8 pm ET.
The show attracts tens of millions of spectators, many of whom are not particularly interested in the game of football itself.
