The head of the Special Prosecution Service for the Prosecution of Administrative Corruption (PEPCA), Wilson Camacho, said today that they have not concluded the interrogation of Argenis Contreras, charged with the murder of lawyer Yuniol Ramírez, in 2017.
He insisted they will continue to question him until you get as much information as possible to find out the truth.
He indicated that they will see later to what extent the information they obtain leads them, but he indicates that it is part of an investigation that they cannot reveal.
Camacho spoke at the Ciudad Nueva Palace of Justice after the interim judge of the fourth investigating judge of the national district, Kenya Romero, imposed a year of preventive detention as a coercive measure on Argenis Contreras.
Camacho found that the court ruled correctly according to the prosecution’s proposal.
Previously, Argenis’s lawyer was, Plutarco Jaquez, had reported that Argenis will be questioned at the Attorney General’s office today at 5:00 p.m. to conclude that trial.
