Britney Spears’ ex-husband was arrested in Nashville last month.
Sheriff’s officers reserved 39-year-old Jason Alexander on Jan. 26 on three counts of driving: driving under the influence, illegal use of drug accessories, and the occasional possession or exchange of a controlled substance, Page confirmed Six.
Spears, 39, was married to her childhood friend Alexander for 55 hours in 2004 after tying the knot in a Las Vegas chapel while under the influence of alcohol and of drugs.
