The Judicial Office of the Permanent Care Services of the National District sent José Antonio Cabrera Frías (Huevo) into pre-trial detention, who posed as a public transport driver to carry out robberies in the La Fe expansion.

According to a note issued by the prosecutor’s office, the accused violently assaulted José Alejandro Concepción Eusebio in November 2020, which he committed in the company of Ramón Fernando Bautista (Wili and / or El Gordo and alias Manchao), the latter remaining fugitives from justice.

The coercion request states that, for the commission of the crime, the defendant and the fugitives, who were traveling in a gray car, took advantage of the fact that the victim was waiting for a public transport car and when he was already sitting in the back seat he tied his hands and took out his wallet. out of pockets.

He said that they stripped him of 1,400 pesos and then started punching him, asked for his bank card key to withdraw money and went to an ATM in the Naco sector of the national district.

After a few laps, they returned his wallet with his personal documents and, arriving on Pepillo Salcedo Street in Ensanche La Fe, opened the door and threw him out of the moving vehicle.

Judge José Alejandro Vargas ordered the defendants to serve three months in pretrial detention at the La Victoria National Penitentiary, during the evaluation and analysis of the evidence presented by prosecutor Fior D´aliza Recio.

In this regard, the Public Ministry granted the preliminary classification as an association of criminals and qualified robbery, in violation of Articles 265, 266, 379 and 382 of the Dominican Criminal Code.
