Tyson Fury came out in defense Conor McGregor after the recent defeat of the latter at Dustin Poirier at UFC 257.
The British boxer agreed publicly Mcgregor that the main reason behind his loss was his inactivity before last week’s fight.
“[McGregor] made [use inactivity as an explanation for his defeat], and he has a straight shot, ” Anger said Gareth Davies.
“Conor McGregor he fought in 2016, then had two years out and then fought Khabib [Nurmagomedov].
“Then he was out for two more years and then he fought [Donald] Cerrone.
“Then he had another year out and then he fought this guy, [Dustin] Hair.
“So inactivity kills the cat, no doubt.
“When a man has been active – fighting, fighting and in camps – and a man has been on the couch, it’s not good.”
