The biggest secret of Assassins Creed Valhalla has finally been revealed

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is full of secrets and surprises, but perhaps the biggest one was finally discovered and is proof not only of the developers who created such an elaborate one, but also of the fans and details who discovered it. finally. It all starts with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Collector’s Edition, which turns out to show some hidden clues. These would never have been found, except for Access the Animus, which released a video in January, revealing that they decoded the Isu language that is part of the game (via IGN).

Now that they had the language, they could decode any message using it, including some messages that were found on the packaging of the Collector’s Edition. These messages included terms such as “hidden inside”, “this lake” and “now”, and knowing they were in something, the team continued.

They received a helping hand from JorRaptor, who posted a video that revealed that you can find a secret Isu Bow in the game called Nodens’ Arc. All you had to do was hit a piece of iron ore, get out of the game and reload the rescue to unlock it, but Valhalla narrative director Darby McDevitt revealed that this was a “brute force” method to solve this mystery and Access Animus has finally found the necessary steps to solve it properly.

This coincided with more translated text from the Collector’s Edition box that read “The Key is the One,” which was under a curve drawing. The crow also had another secret, the Excalibur sword, and so the “Key” he was referring to was the “Sword”, more precisely, Excalibur, because it can break anything.

Coming out of the previous video showing the brute force method, fans noticed the location, a lake in Northumbria, very similar to the island of Singapore and it seems that Ubisoft has an office there. This was a big missing piece, because the office was in the exact location of the unbreakable ore. This was further strengthened by the realization that the Isu language was designed by designer Antoine Henry, who works in that office.

The last major piece was the realization that the lithographs in the collector’s edition have symbols that, when pushed together, covered an image of the sun. Access Animus realized that this referred to the time of day when the ore had to be struck.

Once you put it all together, it meant you had to hit the unbreakable ore with Excalibur at sunset to unlock the Nodens’ Ard arc, and it must be one of the most elaborate unlockables ever.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is now available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Xbox Series X, PS5, Stage and Moon.
