Hugh Bonneville revealed that he had a Covid vaccine while sharing pictures with himself receiving the jab on Instagram.
The 57-year-old Downton Abbey star went on social media on Friday to post photos of him in Memorial Hall, Midhurst, West Sussex, where she volunteers with the Midhurst Pharmacy team after joining in March 2020.

Hugh wrote: “Riverbank Medical Center in Midhurst started vaccinating last week. Today, Midhurst Pharmacy, run by Raj Rohilla, joined the launch in northwest Sussex.
He then shared a group image with others working in the center, all wearing masks, and added: “With former nurse Jo Wiltshire (left), Raj and retired doctors Andrew Douglas and Madelaine Litchfield (who gave me jab- my AstraZeneca).
Closing his post, Hugh shared a cheerful moment of himself in a bright yellow vest and hat as he made a thumbs up.
He wrote: “I am delighted to be part of the support team as a volunteer marshal. I have to get dressed though.

TV presenter Eamonn Holmes also responded to the news by writing, “Stay well Hugh.”
Hugh joins other celebrities to receive the vaccine, including 94-year-old Sir David Attenborough, 81-year-old Sir Ian McKellen, and 80-year-old Great British Bake Off judge Prue Leith. .
Michael Eavis, 85, Lionel Blair, 92, and Marty Wilde, 81, are among the other stars who announced they had the coronavirus shot.

After receiving the vaccine at the Queen Mary University Hospital for the Arts Research Center in December, Sir Ian McKellen said: “It’s a very special day, I feel euphoric!”
He continued: “Everyone has lived as long as I live, because they have had previous vaccinations.
“Adoption among the older generation will be 100% – it should be – because you have it not only for you, but for the people you are close to – you do your best for society.”
