Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) Got into a Twitter dispute with the survivor of the Parkland School shooting, David Hogg, telling him to “give your keyboard a rest.”
After talking about keeping screens permanently around the Capitol after the deadly January 6 riot, Hogg tweeted that “They can put all the fencing around the capital, the real threats of it @mtgreenee and @laurenboebert will still be inside until @GOPLeader takes a stand. “

Boebert and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) Boebert shot back at Hogg and said to him, “Give your keyboard a rest, child.”

Boebert’s communications director stopped the day after the riot took place.
“After the events of January 6, I have decided to leave the office,” Ben Goldey said in a statement to Axios. “I wish her and the people in Colorado’s Third District the best.”
