However, the passion to save the world and demand better internet connectivity for children to receive classes, made them receive a threat on January 15, through an anonymous Twitter account.
In the letter, the stranger threatens to skin him and even cuts off his fingers because “he keeps talking about environmentalism and dignity.”
After the threat, the boy, along with his parents, denounced what happened: “After reading some unpleasant comments that some people made about a video that I uploaded a few days ago, I partially understand why it is so difficult to try to contribute to the country. From here I will continue to put my citizenship in favor of life “, said the minor.
“This country is sad. I am making a public complaint. A few minutes ago I received this threat on my Twitter account. The defense of life is a right,” he added.

Reactions
Lourdes Castro, a member of a group documenting attacks on community leaders, lamented the threat to a minor.
“The threat of an 11-year-old boy only shows that we have reached new levels of intolerance and disrespect for freedom of expression,” he said.
In turn, the President of Colombia, Iván Duque, promised to find the person responsible for the threat, while police said there was already an investigation.
